Dance, gymnastics, and cheer birthday parties at Caffery’s — two hours of guided activity led by our instructors, then party time in the lobby. Easy on you, exhausting (in the best way) on them.
Both packages include the birthday child + 10 friends, the studio space and equipment, and a Caffery’s instructor leading the activity. Pick your activity (dance, gymnastics, or cheer) when you book.
Guests arrive, change shoes, and warm up with our instructor in the lobby. You drop off cake/decor at the celebration table.
Instructor-led activity in the studio — dance routine, gym obstacle course, or cheer & pom. All age-appropriate, all fully spotted.
Kids perform what they learned for parents. Move to the lobby for cake, gifts, and the Caffery’s birthday cheer.
Free play in the studio while you gather things. Guest parents pick up at the door — we hand out goodie bags on the way out.

To lock in a date we ask for a $50 non-refundable deposit, applied to the final balance. Final headcount is due 7 days before the party.
