One-hour combo class mixing all three disciplines — our most-recommended starter for preschoolers.
Ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, or gymnastics. Real technique at a real level for kids.
Intermediate and advanced classes. Nine gemstone-tier competitive teams audition each May.
Adult tap, jazz, ballet, pilates — beginners welcome, no recital pressure, small classes.

Founded by Maureen Aresco and now led by her goddaughter Ms. Lindsay — fifty seasons of teaching Middletown’s dancers and gymnasts to love the work, the music, and each other. The 2025–26 season starts September 15.
No teenage instructors. Every teacher on our faculty trains for two full years under Ms. Lindsay before teaching a class independently.
Preschool classes run 10–12 with multiple instructors. Gymnastics has 12–15 across three coaching stations. No one gets lost in the back.
Your 5-year-old beginner won’t end up in a class with an 11-year-old beginner. We group on both axes so the room actually works.
No long-term contract. Stop any time with written notice. If your dancer isn’t loving it after four weeks, you’re free to go.
Miss a class? Email the studio and we’ll place your dancer in any same-level class within 30 days — up to three times a season.
We honor 5th, 10th, and 15th-year awards earned at other schools — so transfer students keep their recognition and their recital recognition carries over.
